Position: Project Engineer (Japanese Speaking) 
Location: BTS 
Salary: 70,000 - 90,000 
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Lead and manage projects, collaborating closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Network Troubleshooting: Address and resolve issues related to WAN, LAN, Security, and Wireless networks.
  • Documentation: Thoroughly document processes and procedures related to project requirements, updating user manuals and technical documentation as necessary.
  • Service-Oriented Approach: Demonstrate a service-minded attitude with excellent communication and coordination skills. Display a positive and proactive demeanor, along with the ability to multitask effectively.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer science or IT related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in network/system design, implementation, or project management.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with networking components (Switch, Router, Wireless), operating systems (Windows, Linux), and Security (Firewall) is advantageous.
  • Certifications: Possession of professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, etc., is a plus.
  • Flexibility: Ability to provide on-site support and willingness to travel, including up-country assignments.
  • Problem Solving: Proficiency in handling difficult situations and working under time constraints.
  • Language Skills: Business-level proficiency in both written and spoken Japanese. Conversational level in both written and spoken English.
  • Team Player: Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Continuous Learning: Passion for learning and staying updated on new technologies.
