Project Director - Private villas

Location: Phuket

Job Responsibilities:
- Leading and supervising a team of developers, project managers, and other project-related personnel.
- Mainly oversee the construction of wellness resorts, private villas, and related infrastructure.
- Manage and lead project teams in operations, planning and implementation, contract tendering and management, and conducting all project tasks and risk management.
- Work closely with designers, contractors, and suppliers to deliver the successfully, on-time, on-budget with excellent standard quality.


Qualifications:
- Bachelor or higher Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Real Estate, Construction Management or related field.
- Experienced working on site which includes working closely with contractors, designers, and suppliers.
- At least 10 years of technical expertise in a leadership role and project management experience.
- Experienced in luxury private villa development and resort development is a must.
- Knowledge of sustainability, renewable energy and net zero carbon emission projects are pluses.
- Knowledge of industry software and project management software.
- Strong communication skill in English and Thai.
