Position : Production Planning and Logistic Assistant Manager

- Salary: Total Package as 60,000 – 70,000 THB/month(Depend on experience)

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics, or related field
10+ years of experience in the automotive industry
Strong knowledge of production planning, quality control, and standards (IATF 16949, ISO 14001, APQP, PPAP, TPS, Lean)
Proficient in English, Thai, and Microsoft Office
Strong leadership, proactive mindset, and ability to work under pressure
Strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and adjust production forecasts based on capacity and component availability
Coordinate production workflow and Bill of Materials
Prioritize operations to optimize performance and minimize delays
Determine manpower and material requirements
Monitor production plans to meet customer demands
Resolve issues to minimize disruptions
Track output and defect rates
Prepare performance and KPI reports
Collaborate with production, quality control, warehouse, and other departments
Create and follow up on purchase orders for components and raw materials
Maintain and update master data in ERP systems
