Position: Production Manager/ Senior Manager
Salary: 100,000 – 140,000 THB / month
Welfares: Bonus, PVF, Life& Health Insurance
Location: Sriracha, Chonburi
Working Day: Monday to Friday (Alternate Saturday)
Responsibilities:
Provide strong, fair, and respectful leadership to all staff in Production.
Establish a positive workplace culture that reduces turnover and fosters employee engagement.
Act as a role model for professionalism, integrity, and collaboration.
Plan, organize, and control production activities to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, IATF 16949, and other automotive industry requirements.
Monitor production KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to resolve issues quickly.
Drive efficiency improvements through lean manufacturing and process optimization.
Anticipate and address operational challenges proactively.
Support company goals by balancing productivity with employee well-being.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in automotive manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
Proven track record of managing diverse teams and improving workplace culture.
Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement practices.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and coaching abilities.
Resilient, decisive, and able to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
