Production Manager

Our client is world-leading technology manufacturer of automotive parts. We are now looking for potential candidate as following details;
Position:                  Production Manager
Location:                 Amata City, Chonburi
Salary:                     40,000-60,000 THB
Responsibilities:

• Strong to Management manpower in Injection, Stamping, Assembly process.
• Set up and control KPI of department.
• Develop skill of subordinate (OJT).
• Control production activities as planned to meet target.
• Improve quality, productivity & Safety at workplace.
• Cooperate and coordinate with related section to meet Corporate goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience in people management in Injection, Stamping, Assembly process manufacturing at least 5 years.
• Document control, have a good problem-solving skill, strong leadership and able to work with team.
