Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with company goals.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain vendor relationships.
- Cost Efficiency: Optimize procurement processes, control inventory, and reduce costs.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure procured items meet quality standards.
- Compliance: Ensure legal and ethical compliance in procurement activities.
- Reporting: Generate reports on procurement metrics and savings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field.
- 8 - 18 years of procurement experience in logistics or a similar industry.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of procurement software and regulations.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Effective communication skills.
- Good written and spoken English
