Our client is a prominent multinational manufacturing company actively seeking a qualified Performance and Rewards Manager to assume a leadership role within their team.

- Oversee KPI-linked performance incentives, ensuring timely definition, target setting, and reviews.
- Verify organization structure and performance accessor in the performance management system before evaluation.
- Identify eligible employees for performance appraisal, ensuring accuracy of performance data and HRMS entry.
- Consolidate final scores and performance ratings for all divisions, advising distribution guidelines.
- Assist Reward Manager/Partner Specialist in preparing performance management documents.
- Communicate performance measurement criteria and evaluation processes to all employees.
- Facilitate performance tests in collaboration with related divisions if required.
- Safely store all final performance data of employees.
- Provide input on job performance for appropriate compensation levels.
- Develop and implement Performance & Rewards policies and procedures.
- Initiate new performance & rewards programs, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Stay updated on changes in related laws and enforce compliance within the organization.
- Prepare people cost forecasts based on Full-Time Employee planning.
- Coordinate with divisions to administer annual increases within the specified timeframe.
- Monitor and control annual increase spending against the budget for cost-effectiveness.
- Provide proposals, recommendations, and guidelines to Line Managers for merit increases, promotions, and special adjustments.
- Manage and develop end-to-end compensation & benefits structures, ensuring transparency and compliance.
Professional Qualifications and Competencies:
- Fluent in Thai and English.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in HROD, Political Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of direct experience in Human Resources Management, with a focus on Employee Compensation and Benefits, preferably in a manufacturing background.
- At least 5 years of experience in Data Management, Performance Management, Data Analysis, or related fields.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Solid experience in Compensation & Benefit areas, including JD, Job Architecture (JA), Job Evaluation (JE), salary structure, merit increases, annual bonuses, and taxation.
- Experience in performance management systems.
- Familiarity with HRMS systems (e.g., SuccessFactor, PeoplePlus, etc.).
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, achievement-oriented, and decisive.
