Mobility Manager

- Collaborating with the Global Mobility team to ensure local policies align with the Global Mobility Framework.
- Develop specific policies for the project, such as the Factory expansion project.
- Supervise all expatriate policies and procedures to ensure adherence to HR Global standards and local regulations.
- Assess current supplier management programs and suggest enhancements.
- Oversee strategic supplier relationships, focusing on capabilities, performance, and opportunities for cost and service improvements.
- Offer information and services regarding compensation and benefits packages, including transportation, relocation, insurance, health services, accommodation, and child education support.
- Coordinate with Talent Acquisition, HR Services, and Payroll & Rewards teams to provide these services to local foreign hires.
- Collaborate with the Board of Investment (BOI) and Legal team to ensure legal compliance.
- Partner with Human Resources Development (HRD) to deliver training and development courses for local foreign hires.
- Lead the team.
- Possess at least 3 years of experience in expat management, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role. Have a background in HR or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in setting strategic direction for mobility, vendor management, work permits, and visas.
- Strong understanding of the Travel and Mobility vendor supply chain.
- Proficient in work and visa regulations.
- Skilled in managing supplier relationships.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities.
- Possess a problem-solving mindset with the capacity to analyze complex situations and propose effective solutions.
