Working hour: 8：30～17：30, Mon-Fri (Alternative Sat working)

Job Description:

Calculate the specifications of the power transmission system of ball screws, LM guides, and other parts subject to large forces, and select and verify them with an eye on the safety factor.
to calculate the specifications of power systems such as servo and general-purpose motors, and to select and verify them from the viewpoint of safety factor
to design the shape and assembly of fabricated products with cost in mind, and the structure with piping and wiring man-hours in mind.
to conduct the design jigs and equipment for production facilities.

Qualification:

Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related field
Experienced 8-20 years in Jig& Figture
Have mechanical knowledge and conceptual design ability.
Have designed or instructed contractors to design jigs and equipment for production facilities by themselves.
Able to calculate cylinder thrust/speed.
To have a firsthand understanding of the dimensions of machined parts, sizes of bolts and other connecting parts, and the strength of parts that may be required.
Knowledge of control (able to select equipment in accordance with equipment specifications)
Skill in AutoCAD 3D
