Responsibilities:
Design and implement strategies, standard operating and planning
Setting business goals for the profitable growth and company performance
Explore and tap business collaborations with local and international clients
Oversee daily company operation and financial control
Full accountability to the board for all company operations
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management or related.
At least 12 years' experience in Collections with Financial institute or third-party collection companies
5+ years' experience in management level or supervisory level.
3+years' experience in a leading a Profit& Loss
Experience to dealing with regulatory reporting
