POSITION: MACHINE INNOVATION MANAGER

Responsibilities
- Supervise the team in designing, constructing, and developing machinery used in the production process.
- Coordinate with the production department to test and enhance production processes for maximum efficiency and safety.
- Collaborate with product development teams to improve machinery to support new product manufacturing.
- Manage the team to meet project deadlines effectively.
- Prepare budgets and annual plans aligned with the organization's business direction.
- Plan the development of team capabilities to keep up with technology advancements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related fields.
- Experience in research and development of machinery, process improvement, and machinery design.
- Creative thinking in designing and improving machinery to enhance efficiency.
- Excellent coordination skills to meet internal customer requirements.
- Proficiency in drafting and reading technical drawings.
