Learning Development and Course Design - Pathumthani - 250K Max 

 

Position Overview: The Learning Development and Course Design role is pivotal in designing and developing innovative learning experiences and curriculum materials. The incumbent will collaborate closely with academic teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, engaging, and effective educational content.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop curriculum materials, including course outlines, lesson plans, learning activities, and assessments, aligned with learning objectives and outcomes.
  2. Utilize instructional design principles and methodologies to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
  3. Collaborate with subject matter experts and faculty to understand learning needs and content requirements.
  4. Research emerging trends and technologies in education to enhance course design and delivery.
  5. Ensure the integration of multimedia, technology, and interactive elements to enhance learning effectiveness.
  6. Conduct quality assurance reviews of course materials to ensure alignment with instructional design standards and best practices.
  7. Provide training and support to faculty and instructors on effective course delivery and instructional strategies.
  8. Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of course materials and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  9. Stay abreast of developments in learning theory, pedagogy, and educational technology to inform course design decisions.
  10. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for curriculum enhancement and development.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of 5-10 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or course design within a large commercial corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of learning theories, instructional design models, and educational technologies.
  • Proficiency in using e-learning authoring tools, multimedia software, and learning management systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovation and creativity.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
