Position: Claim officer for Japanese client
Salary budget: 25,000 - 40,000 THB as Total package
Working day: Mon-Fri during 8.30 a.m.-4.45 p.m.
Work Location: near BTS Surasak
Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Good in Communication and negotiation skill
- Japanese Level: N2-N3 (Must strong in communication both speaking & writing skill)
- New Graduate is welcomed.
Job Description:
- Receive and review insurance claims from Japanese clients.
- Handle claims for Japanese clients, such as Personal Accident (PA), Health, and Overseas travel.
- Gather documents needed for claims review.
- Process claims payments in the system.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the claims process.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure efficient and accurate claims resolution.
