Japanese speaking Sales support and admin / JLPT N1-N2 / BTS Sukhumvit Line / Salary MAX 75k with good benefits / new set up company

• 5-10 years of experience as Sales, Sales support, or back-office in trading or logistics industry
• Understanding of import/export arrangements
• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Japanese language in Business level (Have JLPT N1-N2 level)
• English language in Intermediate level
• Able to work in a new set up company
• Able to start work around January – February 2024

Job description

• Handle sales support and admin tasks
• In sales support part, handle import/export arrangements, documentation for imports and exports (invoices, packing lists, etc.)
• Contacting shipping broker
• Visit client with Japanese person in Ayutthaya and Chonburi area. Possibility of overnight business trips in the future.
• In admin part, handle general affairs tasks, support Japanese staff, arrangements for office-related needs, submission of necessary documents to accounting firm, and report to the Japanese supervisor.
