Job Description 
 
• Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
Identify potential clients for ERP solutions.
Cultivate relationships with existing clients.
Network at events to generate leads.

• Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and execute sales strategies.
Present ERP software to potential clients.
Position solutions against competitors.

• Needs Analysis & Solution Customization:
Analyze client requirements.
Customize ERP solutions with technical teams.
Deliver tailored presentations.

• Contract Negotiations & Closing Deals:
Negotiate contract terms.
Exceed sales quotas.
Ensure compliant contracts.

• After-Sales Support & Account Management:
Provide support for client satisfaction.
Identify upselling opportunities.
Communicate updates and features.

• Market Analysis & Reporting:
Stay updated on industry trends.
Provide feedback to product teams.
Deliver sales reports to management.

• Collaboration with Internal Teams:
Work with marketing for effective materials.
Collaborate with product development.
Coordinate with customer service teams.

• Continual Learning & Professional Development:
Stay informed on ERP technologies.
Attend training and webinars.
Participate in industry forums.
 
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Sales Japanese Speaking (N2 level or higher) in IT, software field would be advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
  • Understanding the manufacturing business, such as production plan, purchase order issuance, sales order issuance, costing, inventory, etc. would be advantage.
  • Good command in both Thai and English.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and interpersonal skills including positive attitude.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
