Key Responsibilities:
Coach and mentor sales team members to improve their skills and performance.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and training programs.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Communicate effectively with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
Prepare and present sales reports and performance metrics to management.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a sale, business development, preferably in the training or consulting sector.
Fluency in Japanese (JLPT N2 level or higher) and English (TOEIC 800 score or above)
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
Familiarity with sales performance metrics and reporting tools.
