• Corporate Planning Assistant (Specializing in Sales and Profit Management, Business Analysis, and Reporting)

• IT Solution Planner (Dedicated to Identifying or Developing IT Solutions Based on Customer Demand)
• Internal System Operations Support Specialist (Proficient in MS O365, D365, and Custom Sales Management Systems)
• Customer DX Activity Support (Proficient in Business and System Analysis to Enhance Customer Experience)
• Demonstrated expertise within IT technology companies, emphasizing applications, servers, and networks
• Possesses a comprehensive knowledge base encompassing IT infrastructure to system applications
