We are looking for a proactive and service-oriented IT Support to join our team. This role involves providing technical assistance to employees, ensuring smooth IT operations, and maintaining reliable hardware, software, and network systems.
Responsibilities
Deliver day-to-day technical support for users and resolve issues related to computers, applications, and network connectivity.
Install, configure, and set up IT equipment and software based on internal requirements.
Troubleshoot technical problems by identifying root causes and performing repairs, replacements, or system adjustments as needed.
Maintain detailed records of support activities, incidents, and communication to ensure proper documentation.
Assist in monitoring system performance and ensuring the stability of IT infrastructure.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role.
Experience in the automotive sector will be an advantage.
Strong proficiency in English (TOEIC 600+).
Solid knowledge of computer systems, Windows environments, and LAN network configuration.
Customer-oriented, energetic, adaptable, and a strong team player.
