Position: IT Support

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all essential Master Data within the company is thoroughly updated and prepared for utilization.
- Deliver day to day technical support to address users' inquiries and needs, ensuring smooth operation of infrastructure, operating systems, applications, and equipment.
- Resolve IT-related issues promptly, spanning infrastructure, operating systems, applications, and equipment.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance technical support documentation such as user/application manuals and training materials.
- Prepare and set up basic hardware and software for new users and employees moving within the company, as requested by HR and other departments, ensuring everything is ready for immediate use.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science / Information System, Business Administration, or related fields
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong skills in Microsoft office 365 (especially Excel)
- Strong understanding in computers, network systems, and IT equipment
- Retail industry would be beneficial.
