Our client is international IT industry. They are looking for a potential candidate to join their new office in Chiangmai.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking, to identify and attract qualified IT professionals.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
- Conduct thorough interviews with candidates to evaluate their technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Assess candidates' soft skills, such as communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
- Administer technical assessments or tests when required.
- Create compelling job postings that accurately describe job requirements and company culture.
- Track and report on key performance indicators, such as time-to-fill, candidate satisfaction, and hiring manager feedback.
- Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Fluent in Thai and good command in English
- 2 years of experience recruiting programmers and other positions in the Tech/IT industry.
- Fantastic grasp of the Thai and English language.
- Good communication skills.
- 60/40 hybrid working after probation (4 months).
