Responsibilities:
Manage, mentor, and lead IT team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Actively participate in global projects initiated by HQ, Production Systems, Accounting Systems, ERP implementation, and Infrastructure Systems.
Oversee all aspects of internal IT operations within the manufacturing environment.
Network Infrastructure: Build, review, and maintain the company's IT network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Implement and maintain robust IT security measures to protect company data and systems from internal and external threats.
Manage company computers, software applications, and ensure their efficient operation and maintenance.
Maintain network infrastructure, software applications, devices, ERP system, data center, and other critical IT assets.
Provide efficient and effective IT troubleshooting and support to end-users across the organization.
Update existing IT systems and implement new systems and technologies based on business requirements and requests.
Collaborate with HQ to design, implement, and enforce IT policies and procedures in alignment with global standards.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on IT experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
Minimum of 3 years of management experience, leading an IT department or team.
Proven experience in participating in global IT projects, including effective liaison and communication with Headquarters.
Strong understanding and knowledge of ERP modules, including Materials Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), Production Planning (PP), Financial Accounting (FI), and Controlling (CO).
Experience with network infrastructure, security protocols, and relevant software systems.

Proficiency in Wi-Fi Access Point management, with a preference for Cisco equipment.
Understanding of IT Asset Management principles and practices.
Daily conversational level proficiency in English is essential for effective communication.
