We are seeking a proactive and experienced IT Application Support to help maintain the stability and performance of enterprise software systems deployed in client environments.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and troubleshoot software applications to ensure smooth operation and minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams and client-side support to resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain service levels and ensure compliance with agreed SLAs.
Analyze system behavior and recommend enhancements to improve functionality and user experience.
Provide training and guidance to end-users, especially on new features and updates.
- Track and document configuration changes and schedule regular updates.
Ensure strict adherence to client security policies while working within their infrastructure.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of business processes and experience with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, or SCM.
Prior experience in application support roles within enterprise or secure environments.
- Proficient in backend technologies like SQL and Java.
- Familiar with managing deployments, configuration tracking, and performance monitoring.
Hands-on experience with enterprise application servers (e.g., IBM WebSphere or similar).
