HRBP Specialist

Location: Bangkok, Thailand
We are actively looking for HRBP Specialist for global ingredients solutions company in Thailand.
The Junior HR Business Partner for Commercial Excellence in the ASEAN & ANZ region has the primary responsibility of ensuring an exceptional employee experience and delivering impactful HR solutions for the Commercial Teams and Functions in South East Asia (SEA) countries and ANZ.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Business Partnering: Collaborate with functional leadership to provide guidance and coaching on HR-related matters, offering effective advice and support to key stakeholders.
  • Recruitment and Selection: Work alongside the Regional Talent Acquisition team to implement innovative and inclusive recruitment strategies. Participate in the recruitment process and offer advice and recommendations on hiring and promotion decisions.
  • Talent Management: Facilitate People & Capabilities Review processes to strengthen organizational capabilities and effectiveness, thereby contributing to business growth. Enhance the talent pool and succession planning for future growth.
  • Learning and Development: Partner with the global Center of Excellence (COE) to deliver learning and development solutions that boost individual and organizational capabilities, with a focus on leadership development.
  • Employee Engagement: Enhance employee engagement through employee relations programs and foster positive relationships with the community and local government bodies through Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and external relations initiatives.
  • Policy Implementation: Identify HR strategies aligned with the country's HR direction. Continuously assess areas for improvement and take proactive initiatives to enhance organizational capabilities, employee well-being, and the working environment.
  • Total Rewards: Take responsibility for recommending, implementing, and communicating Compensation & Benefits (C&B) policies and processes. Ensure the successful execution of annual salary reviews and bonus plans. Determine appropriate salary structures for new hires and offer ongoing guidance to managers and staff on C&B policies and regulations.
  • HR Information Systems (HR IS) and Reporting: Maintain accurate human resource information system records and generate reports from the database. Provide HR reporting analytics on various metrics, such as staffing levels, absenteeism, and overtime, among others.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • Experience in HR Business Partnering within a Commercial environment is highly advantageous.
  • Collaborative team player, proactive, creative, capable of handling multiple tasks, and able to work independently with minimal guidance.
  • Fluent in Thai and English.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
