Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic HR Supervisor specializing in Recruitment, Training, and Payroll to US manufacturing company. This role is pivotal in managing key HR functions, ensuring effective talent acquisition, comprehensive training programs, and accurate payroll processing. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to offer management.

    • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.

    • Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make hiring recommendations.

  2. Training and Development:

    • Design, coordinate, and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.

    • Assess training needs through consultation with department heads and performance evaluations.

    • Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements as needed.

  3. Payroll Administration:

    • Oversee payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely payment of wages and benefits.

    • Maintain payroll records and resolve any discrepancies or issues.

    • Stay updated on payroll regulations and compliance requirements.

  4. Employee Relations and Compliance:

    • Provide guidance on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.

    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in all HR initiatives.

    • Support performance management processes and assist in employee development planning.

  5. HR Data Management and Reporting:

    • Maintain HR databases and systems to ensure accuracy of employee records.

    • Generate HR reports and metrics for management review.

    • Analyze trends in HR data to inform strategic decision-making.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment, training, and payroll.

  • Proven experience in managing full-cycle recruitment processes.

  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems and procedures.

  • Excellent understanding of employment laws and regulations.

  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office Suite.
