HR Manager (Chinese Speaking) -- 120K Max
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage overall HR functions and systems; Recruitment, Onboarding, Payroll, C&B, Training, ER, and Labour Law.
- Oversee performance management and review.
- Handle Visa & Work permit application, renewal, and cancellation.
- Manage leave, benefits, compensation and claims.
- Support workforce development, engagement, and budget planning.
- Design HR strategies for employee experiences.
- Manage employee benefits and resolve conflicts.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure policy compliance.
- Lead HR projects and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Present HR policies to the Board of Directors.
- Organize company event and employee engagement.
- Perform other assigned duties.
Qualifications
- BA/ MA in Human Resource or any related field.
- Minimum 5 experiences in HR with solid background in overall of HRM (Recruitment, Payroll, C&B, Visa & Work Permit, ER, Labor Law).
- Good relationship with others, leadership skills and work well under pressure.
- Good knowledge and experiences in Labor Relations and Law.
- Good command of English communication.
- Good command of Chinese communication.
