HR Manager
Location: Bangkok (BTS accessible)

Responsibilities

Recruitment
  • Manage the entire recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume reviews, interviews, and hiring recommendations.
  • Revise existing recruitment procedures and develop new ones, such as job application and onboarding processes.
  • Implement effective sourcing strategies, including social recruiting, using recruiting agencies, job boards, and other methods to attract top talent.
  • Evaluate recruitment software and recommend the best options to meet the company's needs.
  • Ensure job descriptions are current and comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Work with hiring managers to predict and plan for future hiring needs.
  • Welcome new employees and oversee the entire onboarding process, ensuring a positive experience and smooth integration into their roles.
  • Conduct probation reviews, establish clear evaluation criteria, gather performance data, and encourage self-assessments for a thorough probation period evaluation.

HR Operations Support
  • Offer guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and employee relations issues.
  • Maintain and update HR records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Develop and deliver training and communication programs related to HR for employees.
  • Collaborate with the HR team and other departments to support company initiatives and projects.
  • Assist the HR team in developing and implementing HR strategies and programs.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a generalist HR or HR management role, with a focus on recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Thai and English.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • Effective HR administration and people management skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in software tools such as Google Suite, Slack, BambooHR, Asana, etc.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Initial experience with startup environments.
  • Comfortable working in a multicultural setting.
