Recruitment
- Manage the entire recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume reviews, interviews, and hiring recommendations.
- Revise existing recruitment procedures and develop new ones, such as job application and onboarding processes.
- Implement effective sourcing strategies, including social recruiting, using recruiting agencies, job boards, and other methods to attract top talent.
- Evaluate recruitment software and recommend the best options to meet the company's needs.
- Ensure job descriptions are current and comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Work with hiring managers to predict and plan for future hiring needs.
- Welcome new employees and oversee the entire onboarding process, ensuring a positive experience and smooth integration into their roles.
- Conduct probation reviews, establish clear evaluation criteria, gather performance data, and encourage self-assessments for a thorough probation period evaluation.
HR Operations Support
- Offer guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and employee relations issues.
- Maintain and update HR records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Develop and deliver training and communication programs related to HR for employees.
- Collaborate with the HR team and other departments to support company initiatives and projects.
- Assist the HR team in developing and implementing HR strategies and programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a generalist HR or HR management role, with a focus on recruitment.
- Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Thai and English.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
- Effective HR administration and people management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in software tools such as Google Suite, Slack, BambooHR, Asana, etc.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Initial experience with startup environments.
- Comfortable working in a multicultural setting.
