Responsibilities :
- Manage HR tools and frameworks, ensuring compliance with design principles, internal policies, and external legal requirements.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of policies, procedures, rules, and regulations in alignment with corporate guidelines, business strategies, and government legislation.
- Develop and manage an HR agenda in collaboration with organizational leadership to closely align with organizational goals.
- Translate HR strategies into concrete actions to improve business results and team effectiveness.
- Act as the primary point of contact for local management levels, providing 1:1 advisory support in business and people-related matters throughout the employee lifecycle while representing the HR service portfolio.
- Execute business target setting, calibration rounds, talent validation, and talent-to-value reviews, along with facilitating learning initiatives.
- Serve as the first point of contact for worker’s councils/unions and negotiate company agreements in close collaboration with Labour Relations.
- Conduct complex analyses of HR data to identify key trends and contribute to the continuous improvement of business performance.
- Build effective working relationships within company, delivering high-quality professional HR services.
- Support transformation and change processes and serve as an ambassador for the company values by integrating them into all people practices.

Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
- Minimum 5-10 years of Managerial HR Manufacturing experience, experience in automotive industry is an advantage.
- Proficient in communication and labour relations
- Strong HR leadership and commitment to work for higher achievement
- Good Problem Solving & Decision making
- Positive thinking with good communicate to all levels
- Good computer literacy
- Good command of English verbal & reading/written communications and facilitation skill
