POSITION:                        GENERAL MANAGER – AUTOMOTIVE/AIRCRAFT BUSINESS

LOCATION:                       BANGKOK
SALARY:                             200,000 – 250,000 THB
Responsibilities:

1. Leadership and Strategic Management:
   • Provide strategic direction and leadership for the overall operation of the aircraft maintenance business.
   • Develop and implement business plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
   • Oversee the performance of various departments and ensure alignment with the company's vision.
2. Operational Excellence:
   • Ensure compliance with aviation regulations, safety standards, and maintenance protocols.
   • Monitor and improve operational efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
   • Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to enhance maintenance processes.
3. Financial Management:
   • Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and cost control measures.
   • Implement financial strategies to maximize profitability and revenue growth.
   • Analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions to optimize business performance.
4. Client Relationship Management:
   • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
   • Address client needs, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
   • Identify opportunities for business expansion and client acquisition.
5. Regulatory Compliance:
   • Stay abreast of changes in aviation regulations and ensure the company's compliance.
   • Implement and enforce safety measures and industry best practices.
6. Continuous Improvement:
   • Identify opportunities for operational improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
   • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall business performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
• Extensive experience in aircraft maintenance operations, with a proven track record of leadership.
• In-depth knowledge of aviation regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
• Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting and financial management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Prior experience in a managerial role within the aviation industry is highly desirable.
