1. Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A):
o Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
o Create financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term financial plans.
o Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
2. Financial Reporting:
o Prepare and present regular financial reports to senior management and
stakeholders.
o Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
o Produce accurate and timely financial statements.
3. Cash Flow Management:
o Monitor and manage cash flow to meet operational needs.
o Implement strategies to optimize working capital.
o Assess and manage financial risks.
4. Investment Management:
o Evaluate investment opportunities and provide recommendations.
o Manage and monitor investment portfolios.
o Optimize the organization's capital structure.
5. Risk Management:
o Identify and assess financial risks.
o Develop strategies to mitigate and manage financial risks.
o Ensure compliance with risk management policies.
6. Financial Decision-Making:
o Provide financial advice and support to decision-makers.
o Evaluate the financial impact of strategic initiatives and projects.
7. Tax Planning:
o Develop tax strategies to minimize the organization's tax liability.
o Ensure compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements.
8. Communication with Stakeholders:
o Communicate financial information effectively to internal and external
stakeholders.
o Collaborate with other departments to achieve overall business objectives.
Skills and Qualifications:
• A minimum bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration,
economics, or a related field or Master's in Business Administration (MBA) or a Master's
in Finance.
• Professional certification, CPA, CPD (will be very advantageous).
• Minimum 5-7 years relevant work experience in finance or accounting roles.
• Strong analytical skills, communication skills, result-driven, growth mindset and details-
oriented.
• Experienced in finance consulting, leasing or investing companies will be very
advantageous.
• Able to work independently.
