Our client is international services. They are looking for a potential candidate to join their new office in Don Mueang.
 
Responsibilities:
• Prepare full set of books and records in Thai Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and International Financial Reporting Standards
• Prepare various monthly reports for management review
• Assist in budget and forecast process
• Handle payment related matters including external vendors and reimbursement
• Issue billing on a regular basis
• Prepare tax filing on monthly and annual basis
• Review contracts
• Manage bank and cash transactions including receipt and payment
• Ensure the compliance of approval process, internal control and financial & HR policies
• Responsible for full spectrum of HR operations including new staff onboarding, preparation of job offers / employment contracts / other staff documentation, monthly payroll & statutory, contributions, and staff offboarding, etc.
• Provide administrative support.
• Perform other support duties as assigned.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent
• At least 2 years relevant working experience
• Solid knowledge in Thai/International Financial Reporting Standards and Regulations
• Prior hands-on experience on financial reporting and HR procedures
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Self-initiative, be able to work under pressure, and keen attention to details
• Be able to communicate within a multi-cultural and multi-language environment
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Proficient in computer literacy, especially in EXCEL; knowledge in accounting and HR systems.
