FIELD APPLICATION ENGINEER

Our client, A famous Semiconductor builder company, is now looking for a candidate to support expanding branch in Thailand.

Position: Filed Application Engineer
Industry: Semiconductor, Electronics part
Location: Bangkok
Salary:  up to 70,000 THB

• Visit customers to understand project requirements and propose suitable solutions to meet customer’s needs.
• Conduct technical discussion/trainings to customers when needed.
• Support’s customer design team on hardware, software and help in debugging.
• Act as the communication bridge between Supplier and Customer in solving the technical issues.
• Provides insights and gaps from the field for future product planning and implementation.
• Manage distributors technical support/FAE members to overcome customer issues and project follow up.
• Work with Sales team to identify Market Segments/customers.
• Performs other duties and projects as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree Electronics/ Electrical Engineering or related.
• At least 5 years of experience in FAE/technical support management in Electronics industry.
• Experience in Semiconductor Industry or working with semiconductors is preferable.
• Understanding of customer design flow and follow up minor problems to co-working with HQ for large scale problems.
• Proficient in hardware and programming in C language.
• Experience in Embedded Design is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills in English (suggest TOEIC over 600)
• Able to take work in a fast-paced environment.
