ERP Analyst

We are looking for a proactive and analytical ERP Analyst with experience in manufacturing environments to help improve how business systems support real-world operations. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience enhancing ERP systems, optimizing workflows, and using data to drive process improvements in areas like production, inventory, quality, or maintenance.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure ERP tools are aligned with business needs, and support ongoing digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities:
• Analyze and improve ERP usage across departments such as production, planning, engineering, and quality.
• Collaborate with users to identify system gaps and enhance ERP modules for better business alignment.
• Develop or support dashboards, KPIs, and reports using tools like Power BI, Excel, or Tableau.
• Support data flow and integration between ERP and external systems or databases.
• Lead or participate in process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or other industrial engineering principles.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through validation and audit processes.
• Provide training, documentation, and user support during ERP updates or new feature rollouts.
• Act as the liaison between business users and technical teams for ERP and process-related projects.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, IT, Business Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience working in a manufacturing or factory setting.
• Practical experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Infor, etc.).
• Strong skills in Excel (VBA is a plus), Power BI, or other reporting/visualization tools.
• Understanding of data preparation, data flow, and process mapping.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks or projects.

• Ability to travel to Pathum Thani regularly for on-site meetings and stakeholder engagement.
