Position: Lead Database Administration

Location: Bangkok (Hybrid Work!)
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Manage the organization's database.
- Enhance service standards to align with SLAs and KPIs.
- Enhance and formalize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for DSAP and DCS systems to attain operational excellence.
- Ensure that all reported DBA staff adhere to the same directives to enhance the improvement of the database system.
- Ensure optimal performance of the Dolphin Carrier database and SAP system, continually enhancing efficiency.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or any related fields.
- 3 years of experience within the Database Administration or related fields
- 2 years experience of Database Management / Web Programmer Experience
- Good English communication skill will be your big plus!
