Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies, SOPs, and service standards.
- Oversee daily operations, resolve inquiries and complaints, and drive process improvements.
- Build client relationships and enhance customer experience and loyalty.
- Support local and overseas sales teams.
- Oversee all operational activities within the country and ensure efficient movement of goods and containers via sea and land transportation.
- Maintain relationships with terminals, depots, and carriers to secure leased containers when needed.
- Monitor financial performance and apply cost-control measures.
- Train, supervise, and coach team members to maintain morale and effective collaboration.
- Promote a positive and cooperative work environment.
- Prepare and present performance reports, metrics, and customer feedback to senior management.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management, or any related field.
8-10 years of experience in shipping or freight forwarding business in “CS and Operation” function, with at least 5 years in management level.
Strong knowledge of import and export shipping document process, especially in ocean freight.
Good English with excellent communication, service-minded, and leadership skills.
