CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

POSITION:                        CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
SALARY:                             100,000 – 150,000 THB
LOCATION:                       BANGKOK
Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage construction projects from conception to completion.
• Coordinate and supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Ensure projects are completed within budget, on schedule, and in compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
• Communicate regularly with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
• Manage procurement of materials and equipment needed for construction projects.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to construction teams to promote productivity and teamwork.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Certification in construction management or related field is a plus.
