CFO
Location: BTS Accessible, Bangkok
The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, compliance, and bank relationships. They will collaborate with the CEO and the executive team to make decisions regarding company's financial strategy and operations. The candidate will possess a strong background in finance and management.
Responsibilities: 70% Financial and 30% Accounting
- Set up finance and accounting department including systems
- Manage accounting team members
- Create and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to CEO
- Support the long-term financial planning and analysis efforts
- Oversee cash flow, cash management, funding, investment, loan, working capital, and company audits
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions
- Manage relationships with local and international banks
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Thai and good communication in English.
- Bachelor or higher degree in Finance or related field.
- Strong finance-based analytical skills
- 7 - 10 years' of finance experience with audit firm background
- Experienced in P&L, Business Planning, Taxation, Venture Capital Structure, Fund Investing, M&A, Due Diligence, etc.
- CPA/ CFA required
- Run IPO process preferred but not required
- Experienced to implement accounting & finance department and system for start-up company will be a plus
- Proactive, hands-on, strong interpersonal skills, excellent management and analytical skills
