Our client is a pharmaceutical company.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze data and information to assess market trends within the pharmaceutical health care industry for each specific market.
- Formulate long-term development strategies for various product categories.
- Communicate category strategies to individual countries, sharing insights on market trends and suggesting new drug products for potential inclusion in their product launch considerations.
- Collaborate with legal and regulatory affairs teams to create brand names and packaging designs.
- Coordinate with country marketing teams to determine competitive pricing and promotional activities for a product category. This includes symposiums and standalone initiatives for new drug launches or during periods of growth.
- Provide support to country marketing teams as the primary point of contact for any marketing-related issues and delivering suitable solutions to address these concerns.
- Work in conjunction with business development, market access, product development and country regulatory affairs teams during the new product development process
- Cultivate trust-based relationships with country marketing and sales teams as well as key healthcare professionals in each country to achieve the overarching business objectives of the product category.
Requirements
- A pharmacy degree and a master's degree in either marketing or pharmacy
- More than 10 years of sales & marketing or product management experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong at presenting, communicating and be self-driven
- Proficient in both written and spoken English.
