Job responsibilities
- Handling administrative tasks, e.g., quotation, invoice, payments, petty cash, and purchasing office supplies
- Preparing and summarizing accounting reports, including working with outsourced tax and accounting firms.
- Interact with headquarters external and internal suppliers, accounting, and auditing agencies.
- To assist Japanese customers with signing a new contract or extending an existing one.

Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Experience in the functions of administration, accounting support, and back-office management for at least 2 years.
- Fair conversational Japanese and English (Have JLPT N3+).
