Salary: 60K. Total
Working day: Monday to Friday, alternate Saturdays, according to the factory calendar from 8:00a.m.-5:00 p.m.
Location: Sriracha, Chonburi
 
Responsibilities:
-Ensure accuracy and reliability in the management and settlement of accounts, including reconciling accounts, preparing financial statements, and analyzing financial data.
-Oversee the general ledger (GL) system to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
-Conduct fixed assets costing inventory, including tracking, evaluating, and reporting on the company's fixed assets.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize ERP software, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
-Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
-Prepare financial reports and analysis for management review, providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
-Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to support business objectives.
-Stay updated on industry best practices, accounting standards, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement.
 
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
-Have CPD or relevant certification preferred.
-Proven experience in accounting or finance roles, with a focus on management accounting and financial analysis.
-Strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
-Proficiency in using accounting software and ERP systems.
-Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
-Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
-High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to upholding ethical standards.
-Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
