Job Description:
   We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting and Finance Manager to join our client team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the organization, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial operations. This role requires strong leadership abilities, exceptional analytical skills, and a keen eye for detail.

 

Responsibilities:
-Oversee all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
-Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
-Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to provide management with insights into the financial performance of the organization.
-Manage cash flow by monitoring banking activities and reconciling accounts regularly.
-Coordinate and lead the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to establish financial targets and objectives.
-Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to internal stakeholders, management, and external parties, such as investors, auditors, and regulatory agencies.
-Conduct regular reviews of financial processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
-Stay informed about changes in accounting regulations and industry standards, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
-Provide leadership and guidance to the accounting and finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and continuous learning.
-Collaborate with other departments to support strategic initiatives and business objectives, providing financial analysis and insights as needed.

 

Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPD or CPA certification preferred.
Proven experience (10 years) in accounting and finance roles, with a track record of progressively increasing responsibility.
-Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting standards.
-Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP systems preferred.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
-Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to motivate and develop a team of finance professionals.
-High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and ethical behavior.
-Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving financial issues.
-Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
-Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
-Business communication level of English.
