Position:             ACCOUNT MANAGER - Personal Care & Household
Business:            Chemical Raw Material Products
Salary:                60,000 – 80,000 THB / month
Location:            Bangkok
Responsibilities:

• Define account objectives, develop & deliver commercial strategy, and implement through account plan.
• Build a business plan for each account and developing strong client relationship to obtain opportunities for profitable business.
• Plan daily activities, including customer visits and establish quantitative and qualitative objectives to achieve.
• Identify business opportunities, decision factors & success criteria, define action plan & execute accordingly.
• Negotiate with customers favorable commercial terms, including payment terms, prices for new business & increases for existing items.
• Anticipate customers’ need & lead proactive projects to generate new business opportunities.
• Define accurate pricing & margin parameters for each project & document project properly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry/biology/chemical engineering/pharmacy from an accredited university
• A minimum of 5 years of personal care & household ingredients sales experience
• Strong business acumen for Personal care industry, deep understanding about customer relationship, market dynamics and business model.
• Good interpersonal, sales & negotiation skills
• Self-directed individual with a Can-Do attitude & team player
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & open to constant change in demands.
