Job Description
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and resolving concerns.
- Generate new business opportunities from an existing lead database.
- Handle inbound enquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide clear product knowledge and client support.
- Accurately update client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Requirement
Proficiency in Thai, English plus at least one additional language from the list below:
