Job Description
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and resolving concerns.
Generate new business opportunities from an existing lead database.
Handle inbound enquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Provide clear product knowledge and client support.
Accurately update client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Requirement
Proficiency in Thai, English plus at least one additional language from the list below:
