This position will focus on factory automation and industry, work closely with internal development and support staff to solve technical product problems. Involves in the troubleshooting of technical problems and focus on factory automation, works closely with the customers to resolve technical roadblocks. Facilitates, drives and supports customers’ implementation process ensuring all issues are resolved or escalated to the proper channel in a timely manner. Support local solution assembly to be in line with company procedure and practice


  • Assesses customer needs, explains and demonstrates Company’s products to customers which will involve in providing technical description
  • Promote our products from standard product specification to customize value proposition to fulfill market needs
  • Business development in canvassing for new customers, identifying and providing commercial opportunities
  • Monitors and fully supports in meeting monthly sales targets.
  • Handle and support local solution assembly to fulfil customer requirement
  • Assists in the installation and commissioning of our products (where possible) on-site
  • Manages customer support technical issues on a daily basis, including verifying, isolating, diagnosing the problem and resolves issues where possible
  • Provides technical support to internal and external customers through phone, fax or email
  • Coordinates with Technical Team to determine the problem root-causes, issue work-arounds and solutions
  • Provides local training to internal and external customer as assigned by Senior Technical Marketing Specialist
  • Provides regular reports to Senior Technical Marketing Specialist
  • Follow and abide company engineering practices
  • Work closely with Thailand Sales team and Singapore Technical & Customer Service team
  • Maintains relations with existing clients and identifies new clients in order to grow business
  • Be aware of competitive products and pricing in order to maximize sales opportunities
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time


  • Age not over 35 years
  • Master/Degree in Engineering preferably in Electrical discipline
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years in engineering and electrical control or relevant experience in related field
  • Good English (Writing, reading, speaking)
