Job Responsibilities:
- Manage team to meet company’s KPIs in ways that create a sustainable and engaged work force and healthy and safe occupational work environment.
- Plan, Manage and monitor production plan to the most productivity
- Control and conduct suitable production capacity and on time management
- Manage pricing and cost control, raw material management/ stock management
- Maintain, revise and ensure the quality of the supply variants e.g. stock cover date, safety stock and lead-time
- Advise and support cross-functional activities to conduct most effective factory production
- Support cross-plant activities, problem resolution
- Plant and Production Support Services - Plant Facilities and Equipment Support, Environment & Occupational Health and Safety Support, Production Equipment Support, Advanced Analytical Methods Training Support
- Plant Production Capacity - Order Loading, Production Capacity, Order Load Monitoring, Cross-plant Support.
- Cross Functional Coordination, Operation Performance Monitoring, Cross-functional Problem Resolution, Cross-functional Problem Resolution, Continuous Improvement.
- Plant and Production Support Services - Plant Facilities and Equipment Support, Environment & Occupational Health and Safety Support, Production Equipment Support, Advanced Analytical Methods Training Support
Job requirements:
- Bachelor - master’s degree in field of Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, Clothing & Textile, Garment Technology, Industrial Management, or any related filed
- At least 10 years' experience in operational management, clothing and textile are preferable
- Proven ability to think strategically, focus on systems, and prioritize and meet deadlines in a challenging environment.
- Excellent leadership skills and a validated ability to develop harmonious and high-performing teams.
- Strong Tactics skills; ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with internal and external partners in a sensitive environment.
- Experience in mentoring senior national staff.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Professional proficiency English and Thai.
