Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective plans to meet company goals by studying market trends and seizing opportunities.
- Monitor sales metrics to gauge plan effectiveness and take corrective actions if needed to meet or exceed targets.
- Build strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing issues promptly for lasting partnerships.
- Manage sales budgets efficiently, allocating resources wisely and implementing cost-effective strategies.
Work closely with other departments to align sales efforts with overall business objectives and improve customer experience. - Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to make informed decisions and adjust strategies.
- Communicate effectively with teams, executives, and clients, both verbally and in writing, to present plans, provide updates, and address inquiries.
- Solve challenges in the sales process proactively, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Be flexible and able to adjust strategies quickly in response to changes in the market or business priorities.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of sales experience in media or related industries.
- Proven ability to lead sales from planning to closing.
- Strong business understanding and great coaching skills.
- Excellent communication and people skills to influence at all levels.
- Proficiency in Thai and English.
