1. Bachelor degree or higher in Food sciences, Chemistry or any other related fields.
2. 5 years for experience in the Product Sourcing, sale or R&D
3. Fluent in spoken and written English, with very good communication and computer.
4. Skills Microsoft Office. e-mail and etc.
5. Skills Import and export include processes concerned.
6. A Hard-working, self-motivated and good presentation and interpersonal skill.
7. Have negotiation skills
Responsibility
1. Introduce company’s ingredients and additives as well as generate new business to prospective customers.
2. Follow product sourcing strategy and estimate product Sourcing both long and short term.
3. Plan to find new Supplier and try to expand customer base for continuous growth, set up the plan to take care old and new Supplier for good relationship.
4. Responsible for Product sourcing working plan to increase sales volume and achieve sales target.
5. Cooperate with RD team for the prototypes and demo-kits for customer ideas.
6. Work on product sourcing report, product sourcing volume and communicate with suppliers for technical information and documents.
