1. Supervise and Manage Purchasing, BOI, Warehousing management and Logistic

    1.1 Warehousing management by follow up the FIFO system and make sure accurate inventory according      to ISO/TS 16949 standard

    Manage and Supervise shipment to be on time as the customer requirement

 2. To be meet customer satiation

     2.1 To reduce the customer delay order

     2.2 Any request from customer will give feedback within 24 hrs.

 3. Inventory Turnover    

      3.1 Manage inventory to be maximize inventory turn over

 4. Maintain ISO / TS 16949 system and environment  management system in PPMC department

     4.1 To ensure that the quality system is and environment management system established , ISO / TS  16949 and ISO14001 implement and maintained in accordance with in PPMC department

 5. Maintain all tools and equipment to use in PPMC department

      5.1 Co-coordinating with service department for repairing or calibration to keep the equipment  appropriate running

 6.  Improve the quality of shipment     

      6.1   Monitoring and discipline all subordinate in shipment section to work according work instruction

      6.2 Find out about quality problems of shipment when customer complaints

      6.3 Following corrective action

 7. Complete Job order from top management    

      7.1 Accomplishing relation results as needs

 8. Respects rules and regulation of the company     

      8.1 Conducting according to rules and regulation of the company
