Our client, Japanese Co-Working Space Company is now seeking for an experienced candidate to join as an Accounting Staff
Qualification
- Male or female, age 25 years above
- Minimum 3 years working experience in Accounting
- Bachelor degree in Accounting
- Knowledge in Thai accounting and tax regulations standards, taxation ,VAT , Withholding Tax
- Able to command in English
Job Description
- Responsible for payment and receive
- Issue withholding Tax, Tax Invoice and Receipt
- Responsible to follow up and control all contracts, period of payment and process and other expenses from clients
- Check daily bank transactions
- All accounting and finance functions including monthly closing, AR, AP, taxation (PP.30,PND.3,53,54,36 and PND.50 51)
- Prepare accounting and financial transaction and statement and work closely with auditors and external parties relating to taxation issues, social security
- Calculate salary and make payment
- Record utilities, general expenses and fix assets
- Other miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the company
