Responsibilities
- Handling order processing
- Ensuring customer orders are handled properly and timely
- Providing excellent support in term of Sales strategies, co-ordination, order fulfillment etc
- Supporting “After Sales Service”
- Ensuring customer data and order are maintained and updated
- Responsible for “Project Assignment” for business support activities
- Satisfying customer relationship management
Requirements:
- Male & Female, aged 28 - 35 years
- Good communication skills in English
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Customer Service – Order Processing Skill
- Proficiency in SAP knowledge is a MUST
