Production Assistant Manager

Our client is world’s leading technology in Oil (Food) products, they are looking for potential who can fulfill their requirement as following;
Position:                      Production Assistant Manager.
Salary:                           50,000 – 70,000 THB / Month
Location:                      Amata City, Rayong
Business Type:            Oil for food products
Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain productivity to meet targets (Daily, Monthly and Yearly).
• Overall production process and manage other staff at the production site to follow the plan, keep good quality of production.
• Responsible for all quality & material activities within the production operations and work towards to meet the quality targets set by the company.
• To ensure the participation of all sub-ordinates in the company’s quality concern and problem solving strategies.
• To operate and enforce the Productive Process, including 5S, Pokayoke, Kaizen, etc.
• Provide an environment where all employees can develop their skills to meet the demands of the business.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree of Biotechnology, Food, Chemical or any in related fields.
• Minimum 7-10 years working experiences in Management with Food products (vegetable oils and fats including palm oil, Coconut oil etc.
• Familiar with Food material will be an advantage
• Strong problem-solving skills.
